The September 28 Nuts & Bolts program will begin at 10:00 am at the Holiday Inn – Bordeaux.  Jeff Dellinger, Industrial Hygiene Consultant with the North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services, will be the guest speaker.  Jeff’s topic will be on Lead Based paint.  He will spend one hour on REALTORS® requirements for repairs in pre-1978 houses and 30 minutes on indoor air quality.  Jeff has 25 years experience, seventeen with the NC Health Hazards Control Unit.  He provides consultative services, site visits and education relating to current state and federal regulations.  He also provides technical guidance concerning asbestos, lead-based paint and indoor air quality issues.  He has a BS in Environmental Health Services from Western Carolina University.  Make plans to attend this very informative program. The Luncheon will follow.

The September Association Luncheon will be held on September 28 at 11:45 am at the Holiday Inn – Bordeaux.  Deborah Mintz, Executive Director of the Arts Council of Fayetteville, will be the guest speaker.  She will give an update on the activities of the Arts in the Community.  The election of the 2011 Officers and Directors will also take place at this meeting.
