Practical Applications Course

The next Practical Applications Course for new agents (and experienced ones too) is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 28, 2008 and will end on Wednesday, August 6, 2008.

The following subjects will be covered:

Listing Strategies
Buyer Selling Skills
Appraisals
Financing the Home Purchase
MLS
Contracts
From Contract to Closing
Home Inspections
Insurance

Classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Association Office.

The cost is $30.00 per student. Anyone who wishes to take a refresher course on any single topic may do so on a space available basis for $10.00 per session.

Registration Information

Please fill out the registration form completely and return in to the Association office with payment. It is imperative that you return a registration form to register for this course. Space is limited!!
